Return Policy

We want you to be happy when making reservations through Travel Online USA. If you prove that we supplied you with wrong information about the hotel or we charged you the wrong amount - we will be happy to give you a refund. Please contact us at refunds@hotelspolandonline.com to inquire about your refund.

Generally our cancellation policy for hotel reservations is 48 hours after confirming your hotel reservation. After this deadline we reserve the right to charge you USD 10 cancellation fee.

We can also charge you for the first night stay at the hotel if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
